We are all excited to announce Airedale Opticians are finalists in three optician awards – the first opticians in Yorkshire to achieve this!

The awards are judged by industry experts, suppliers and editors in the optical Industry and the whole team are thrilled to be short listed. As a reward, we are taking the whole team to the awards night on 30th November 2022 at the Hilton, Park Lane, London (sorry we will be closed for 2 days!)

The team have worked tirelessly throughout covid, as key workers, and are the most dedicated and experienced team I have worked with in my 25 years as an optician, I am sure you will agree!

Below are the categories we are finalists in, and briefly, reasons we think we should win each one!

  • Offering real product choice, outstanding customer service and clinical excellence!
• Enhanced Service Award
  • Offering excellent services to the local community, like our AMD research and monitoring, myopia control clinic, specialist contact lenses, minor eye conditions service, glaucoma refinement and so much more!
• Technology Practice of the Year
  • Using technology in the detection of ocular conditions and provision of excellent eyecare. Using OCT for over 10 years and first practice to use Optomap locally, The only practice in northern England using the Topcon Myah for Myopia Control and more!
